A new set of extensions is not ' one size fits all ' everyone is unique therefore a consultation is required before any new fitting appointment.

This is important as there any many factors that need to be taken into account before we can give you the hair of your dreams.

The length you require
Your natural hair type
The method that would be best suited to you
Your lifestyle
A Colour Match.

You will need to make sure you are 100% happy with the colour of your natural hair before you arrive to the consultation, as this will be the colour that we will be matching your new extensions too.
Please also ensure you arrive with clean, straight & dry hair.

Booking fees/Deposits.
We require a deposit to book and secure any appointment, without this your appointment is not secure.
You will have the option to book either just a consultation ( £10 ) or a consultation and fitting ( £100 ) these appointments are usually 2-3 weeks apart so that we can order in your hair.
All deposits are deducted from the final price on the day of fitting.
*All deposits are non-refundable but deductible on any new set of hair.
If you need to change the day/time of your appointment you can transfer to another day using the same deposit ONE TIME ONLY.*
